The firm’s practices related to allergen cross-contact and cleaning procedures were found to be lacking. Additionally, the firm’s equipment maintenance and employee hygiene practices did not meet current good manufacturing practices. The FDA also identified unapproved new drugs and misbranded products on the firm’s website, leading to further violations.
