Our Lead Food Safety and Quality Consultant, Mr Raphael Samson, brings over 10 years of experience in the food industry. His work is focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining practical, advanced food safety and quality management systems for food and beverage companies of all sizes.
Mr Samson has successfully implemented numerous food safety projects within multinational food companies, delivering measurable results that include significant cost savings, the prevention of food product recalls, and a notable reduction in customer complaints.
His interdisciplinary expertise spans food processing, food engineering, food safety and quality systems, food microbiology, food chemistry, nutrition, product development, and innovative research and development, giving him leverage as a trusted leader in advancing food safety and quality excellence.
