Our Principal Food Safety and Quality Consultant, Raphael Oluwaseun Samson, brings over 6 years of experience in food science and technology to the table. With a Master’s degree in Food Development, Raphael’s focus is on enhancing food safety and quality management systems in the food industry. He has worked as a Food Safety Expert at Nestlé Finland, leading projects that led to significant cost savings and reduced customer complaints for the company. Raphael’s interdisciplinary expertise includes food processing, food safety, food quality management systems, and food engineering. As a Project Management Professional, he integrates knowledge from diverse engineering fields to optimize food production processes, ensuring food safety and quality throughout the food supply chain.
