We generally respond to customer's questions free of charge (up to 30 minutes). If the assignment or project requires additional work, such as reviewing documents or taking further actions, we will charge for the work performed in accordance with our agreement.

Other possible expenses are not included in the fees.

Our standard billing is hourly, providing transparency for the work performed. For specific projects, we can also agree on a retainer fee, so you know the costs upfront.
